Getting to the Monti District

To get to the Monti District from both Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci Airport) and Termini Train Station, you have several transportation options.

From Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci Airport) to Monti:

Leonardo Express Train:

The fastest and most convenient option is to take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Termini Train Station. Trains run every 15-30 minutes and the journey takes about 32 minutes. Once you arrive at Termini, you can continue to Monti by metro or taxi.

Taxi:

Taxis are readily available at Fiumicino Airport, and you can take one to Monti. The journey may take around 40-60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

From Termini Train Station to Monti:

Metro:

Monti is well-connected to Termini via the metro system. Take Line B (blue line) and get off at either the Cavour or Colosseo station, both of which are within walking distance of Monti.

Walk:

Depending on the exact location in Monti, you may also consider walking from Termini if your accommodation is not too far away. The neighborhood is located around a 15-20 minute walk from the station.
